I hate surprises!

Seeing as I already knew about my Easter Egg, I just imagined it would magically appear from it's hiding place (which I never did find) and it would be mine! Alas, no!

Aiti and Daddy sprung a surprise on me. I had to find the egg myself by following some clues...an egg hunt they called it. I was not impressed at all and completely refused to co-operate. The clues were so easy to read and work out but I was not going to get egg-cited. I answered the first clue but did not move, I had to be dragged to the answer. I then refused to touch the boiled egg with another clue attached to it...where was my big chocolate egg?

Eventually Aiti had had un-oeurf and had a few select words with me. I then co-operated a little bit, but not enough to smile. Once I'd found all 6 boiled eggs I had to re-arrange them all (they had letters written on them) and the letters spelled out where my big egg was. I pretended to not be able to do this which made Aiti and Daddy bang their heads together. I think I heard Aiti screaming quietly! Eventually I gave in and found my egg- it was a Smarties one.

Aiti went for a lie down to recover from the ordeal of the egg hunt and I had a good shout and whinge at both her and Daddy. Finally I calmed down when I realised that I needed help opening my egg. I then cheered up a lot and ate my egg. I then tried to think of as many egg-cellent egg words as possible! What an egg-traordinary day!

I don't see any reason to be so hard on your eggstraordinary parents. Poor things!
