Sophie is now 7! Last weekend we made her celebrations last 2 days! On Saturday she woke up and then, after breakfast, she opened her presents. She was delighted with her Moshi Monster duvet cover and backpack from us as well as 20 new books! She had picked a day out at Paultons Park so we headed there with Val and Michael.
Everyone went on the rides at Paultons Park. It wasn't a busy day there so we got to stay on some of the rides. Michael took Sophie on the Cobra several times which is no mean feat! Sophie and Theo got to ride a roller coaster 5 times before I called time out!
On Sunday, I took Sophie to London as it was X-Factor! Sophie had picked Amelia to take as her friend. We met at the Wong Kei in China Town where the girls shared half a duck and pancakes. I then took them both to Wembley for the concert. The highlight was Little Mix and Amelia Lily!
The 'beaut beaut blooo dwess'...this is the dress that Theo wanted to buy Sophie. We were in Next looking at a present when he spotted the dress, "buy beaut beaut dwess, me like dat one, Sophie like dat one". Unfortunately, Sophie's size was out. We went back a week later and Theo walked straight to the aisle with the dress in it and insisted we buy the "beaut beaut bloooo dwess". We had to buy it and he looked so pleased when she wore it.
Whilst in London, we came across these large eggs. There are 200 scattered around London, we managed to find 4 of them. I think we'll head back to London again soon and find some more...and no, they have nothing to do with geocaching!
